The Problem
The client was relying on an outdated legacy system that crashed whenever active vehicle telemetry exceeded 2,000 concurrent sockets. Drivers faced delayed geo-routing, leading to massive fuel wastage and unhappy corporate clients.

We completely stripped down their monolithic architecture and replaced it with a highly scalable serverless backend. By implementing Edge Functions and real-time WebSockets, we ensured constant vehicle tracking with zero downtime.
