The Problem
Jalore's premier clinic was suffocating under physical paper records. Retrieving patient histories was error-prone and slow. Wait rooms were overflowing purely due to administrative bottlenecks.
Our Solution
We engineered a Progressive Web App (PWA) that required no App Store installation. Patients booked via a simple web link, and doctors updated Electronic Health Records on tablets, automatically dispatching prescriptions to the patient's WhatsApp.
